The operations team has developed rigorous recruitment, training and quality management processes for all employees including transcriptionists, editors, QA, customer service personnel and technology support team to support the operational objective of achieving quality and meet the needs of the industry standards. The company ensures the quality process right from selection of Medical Transcriptionist , to their formal training program with SANPRA.

The workflow at SANPRA is HIPAA compliant and the work is directed through our software tool, which selects the work for the right individual in every medical speciality and account guidelines. At every level of the workflow audit is performed for the accountability of the job assigned.

The editing and QA team perform regular, random quality audits on a representative percentage of the company's monthly volume. The audits are conducted by proofing the selected reports and include a comprehensive review of patient demographics, medical terminology, English grammar and adherence to the unique set of account specific information.
